Your item doesn't suit you? We're really sorry! But no problem, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to us.
Just send us an email to contact@bymanie.com and we will send you the address.
In the return package, please mention your order number as well as your name and the reason for the return.
Return costs are your responsibility and the refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt of your order and after having checked that it was in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn.
For an exchange, you will simply need to reorder and return the old one.
PS: an order sent to the wrong address (or simply losses via La Poste are not our responsibility) and cannot be verified and returned, it will therefore not be counted as refundable.
